A Word

The fear of God is giving him reverence and not to be afraid, which means to respect Him for who He is. When we do nor fear God, we have no faith in Him and so can not obey Him in even the smallest of things. The wordly fear is what is common and that is why there is a lot of chaos in the world. If we feared God we would be godly and desist from evil acts.

Prayer Point

Let us pray for the Lord to create in us a right spirit and a heart that humbly and reverently fears Him that we may obey and please Him in all things.
