Grace Over Sin [ Listen | Forward Message via Email ]
There was once an ant kingdom which was located deep in a forest in Africa. The ants lived thinking they were the only creatures on earth but as time passed by, civilization came into that area but the ants never knew what was happening because they didn't need to come out of their colony due to the fact that they had all they needed within it. Therefore the ants lived in a parallel world to that of the humans but thought that the colony was all the world to them. Apparently this is the same thing that is happening to mankind today; we live in a parallel world in which things are going on in the spiritual world which ultimately affects the physical world but man is more accustomed to the physical world because he is carnal (Genesis 6:3). If when a car is passing by these ant colony and it causes tumult in their kingdom, the ants may have said that an earthquake occurred because they do not see the full picture; that is why the scriptures says people perish for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). An understanding of the truth that there is a parallel world will make anyone realize that there is no earthly solution for the troubles of this world. Men have being trying to use scientific equipments to discover a spiritual world but by that means they will never able to because spiritual things can only be interacted with it. 1 Corinthians 2:14 says “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned”. For example, no one can really see air with natural eyes but we believe it exist. The eyes of many are blinded from seeing the reality of the other side of life – the spiritual world – because of the distractions and deceptions which Satan has used to blind the eyes of many, thus they live a life to satisfy this world and miss out on the big picture and what really matters in life.

“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” - 2 Corinthians 4:4

After the fall of man, this present world became under the control of Satan, as the scriptures describes him as the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4) . Satan himself boasting said “All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it” (Luke 4:6); but the first coming of Jesus Christ turned the tables on Satan: man was given back dominion over the earth but these will not come easy. Even though God had already given dominion back to man, man needed to learn how to reinforce his authority in this present world over a defeated foe. Jesus Christ never removed the presence of Satan but He removed man from the authority of Satan and gave man authority over him. We know from scriptures that all sins are initiated by Satan and that is why Jesus called the Pharisees the sons of the devil (John 8:44) because as people obey their father, they obeyed the devil's lust. We will notice that it was only after the fall of man that sin came into mankind and the scriptures makes us know that the absence of Satan will be the removal of sin. 1 John 5:19 says “the whole world lieth in wickedness”.

“And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.” - Revelation 20:7-8

In the time of the thousand year reign of Christ on earth, the scriptures said that there was peace during that time because Satan was bound during that period but immediately he would be released, he would initiate a war against God. According to the grace given to me by God, I have seen things which are hard to utter and that will put fear in the hearts men concerning what really goes on behind the scene of the physical life. The more revelation you have of this world, the more you understand that this world has nothing good to offer a person. What men call pleasure is just a doom's day bomb, and a trap waiting to explode. Solomon, one of the wisest kings that lived said “ in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow” (Ecclesiastes 1:18).

“Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:” - Ephesians 2:2

The truth is that there are two spiritual forces in this world that influence the heart of men - one promotes sin, rebellion and disregard for what is good and righteous, while the other promotes goodness and righteousness, and abhors sin and evil; and at every point in time, people have their decisions influenced by one of these forces. The Scriptures says that the children of disobedience, which refers mostly to unbelievers, are influenced by a spirit but this does not mean Christians can't be influenced by them. Devils don't have to possess you before you have a devil in your life. They can just be around you, giving you devilish counsels.

“But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?” - Acts 5:3

Even though a person is born again, speaking in tongues, flowing with the gifts of the spirit and anointed, he can still be influenced by the forces of evil but the good thing for a Christian is that he can easily say NO to evil thoughts because Christians operate with a new spirit which has dominion over sin (Romans 6:14). The scriptures tells us of an example of a married couple, Ananias and Sapphira, who allowed their hearts to be filled with lies by Satan, in trying to deceive Peter, telling him that they sold a piece of land for only a part of the original cost; these were born again Christians who were part of the first generation of believers, yet their actions were influenced by Satan. That is why the scriptures says guard your heart with all diligence because it determines all that pertain to a person's life (Proverbs 4:23).

In this message, I want to practically talk about how the grace of God helps to prevent sin from resulting to physical death. An understanding of this will help you appreciate God's grace and at the same time will make you avoid taking lightly the grace of God as many do in these last days, but before I do this let me quickly talk about sin, so that we can understand what sin is and its consequences. I believe an understanding of sin will help many to abhor it; God abhors it and that is why He had to send His only begotten Son to deal with the issue of sin.

Sin is any action not in accordance with the Word of God or an act not done in faith. For a New Testament believer their righteousness starts with faith and ends in obedience. Romans 14:23 says “all that is not of faith is sin” and James 4:17 says “Therefore to him who knows to do good, and does not do it, to him it is sin”. Therefore sin occurs when a person does something out of faith and also when a person knows and believes in the truth but does not obey it.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” - Romans 6:23

All sin no matter how small tends towards death, even though some accelerate towards death faster than the other but in any case it is just a matter of time for anyone to harvest the dividend of the labour of his sin because the wages (payment) for sin is death (Romans 6:23).

“Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.” - James 1:15

All sin is formed in the mind as thoughts sown and meditated on to become a stronghold, and when this is accomplished, a physical act of sin is manifested. There is no sin that is done without first thinking on it – consciously or subconsciously. Any sin committed first sets into motion spiritual death by defiling your soul and spirit as we see in the case of Adam and Eve, and eventually ends up in physical death;ignoring spiritual laws produces physical Catastrophe. Anyone that wants to defile the law of gravity by jumping off a 30 storey building without a parachute will find himself six (6) feet under. Breaking natural laws has its consequences not to talk of spiritual laws.

We should not misunderstand the consequences of sin as the same thing as the punishment or judgment of sin. Consequences are set actions that occur automatically due to choices made, while punishments are disciplinary actions which a judge rewards an offender for the poor decisions made. For example, Adam and Eve spiritually died when they ate the fruit of knowledge of good and evil. God didn't have to come from heaven and say “now Adam and Eve, you have eaten the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, thus you must now die!” Immediately, they ate the fruit the consequences of their decisions were set into action (Genesis 3); it was only when God came down to visit them that He then punished them for their disobedience by cursing the serpent, the woman and the earth for man's sake. Therefore a law sets into motion a consequence, either good or bad when acted on, and that's why when the commands of God are broken, they set into motion spiritual laws which end up in physical results.

“O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.” - 1 Corinthians 15:55-56

As I said before all sin tends to death but in this dispensation, we thank God for the grace that was released at the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ for mankind; a grace that removes the sting of sin, which is death (1 Corinthians 15:55-56). If not for the grace of God, every man would have been a candidate for immediate death because there is no man that has not committed sin even after they got born again but once we ask for forgiveness, God forgives us and removes the consequences of our bad choice (sin). John 1:9 says “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”. Forgiveness removes the judgment of sin while cleansing removes it's consequences but one problem that many Christian fall into is that they still feel condemned even after asking for forgiveness; and this has weakened the faith of many Christians because the presence of condemnation brings rejection and fear. 1 John 3:21 says “Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God”.

“And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.” - Revelation 12:10

The truth is that many Christians have backslided or fallen from the faith because they can't accept the fact that they have been forgiven by God but these are all tricks of Satan against Christians. The scriptures calls Satan the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10), and one method he has used to overcome many Christians is reminding them of their past mistakes which leads to condemnation. There is no sin that can't be forgiven because Jesus Christ didn't pay for some sins from his death but paid for all sins. The only sin that the blood of Jesus does cover is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Matthew 12:31 says “All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men”. So whether it be murder, fornication, lying, stealing, etc, God can forgive you, if you ask Him for forgiveness in faith. God is a very merciful God and does not condemn people like men do but when you ask for forgiveness, you have to believe and reject the condemnation of Satan because forgiveness does not come by emotions as faith doesn't work by emotions. How you feel would never change the Word of God, so learn to separate faith in God's Word from your emotions. Let me tell you a story about a man that committed a sin and asked for forgiveness, but because he didn't believe he had been forgiven, he kept on asking for forgiveness every other day till one day God spoke to him and said “What sin are you asking for forgiveness for? I have no record it”, then the Lord continued to tell him that the first time he asked for forgiveness, He had forgiven him. The man was waiting for God to forgive but immediately he asked for God's forgiveness, God answered him but he had not yet accepted it but was waiting for a feeling that he was forgiven and as long as you are in that state you will live in condemnation. You have to learn to forgive yourself also after you have asked God to forgive you. God doesn't easily condemn people but people are condemned by the accusations of the devil or from people for their mistakes. There are so many Christians living in condemnation: if not a direct condemnation in their heart, then condemnation from other people, even from other Christians but understand this first, when you sin, you do not sin against man or the devil but only God, and God's desire is not to condemn you but He is praying for you to stand. Romans 8:34 say s “Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us”.

The simplest way to overcome condemnation is never allow it to prevent you from walking in the Spirit because as long as you continue walking in the Spirit no matter how many times you make a mistake, you overcome condemnation. Romans 8:1 says “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”.

A Christian walks in the Spirit when he continues to seek and obey God even after falling. Proverbs 24:16 says “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief”. Righteous people don't let sin stop them from serving God but fight a good fight of faith, therefore once you fall into a sin, confess and be willing to forsake it because when a sin is repetitively committed it soon becomes a stronghold which becomes far harder to stop. Proverbs 28:13 says “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy”.

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” - 1 John 1:7

There are many times we commit sins and don't even know it but when we get a little more matured in Christ and in that area, we realize that what we were doing was a sin. At the times of ignorance, the grace of God cleanses us by the blood of Jesus Christ and prevents us from reaping its consequences without us knowing it or confessing it by ourself provided we maintain fellowship with Him. For example, there were some habits I didn't like in my wife at the beginning, which I knew was well a sin but yet God's presence was mighty on her even during those times. I started to say to myself, “Is God partial?” because if I did what she did to another person, I will reduce the anointing on my life but as she got matured in Christ and did something similar I noticed that it hindered the anointing of God on her life. God is not partial but deals with every man according to knowledge and their spiritual maturity because if a child sat on your carpet and drew with crayons on it, you will understand but will wonder why a 40 year old man will do the same. We as Christians have to learn from our Heavenly Father especially for those who are mature, in other to appropriately deal with the numerous baby Christians we have in the Church today.

How Grace helps in resolving the Sin Problem
I believe Christians who don't understand the concept of grace will not be able appreciate and enjoy the liberty of salvation but will end up living a religious life. Christians truly start living Christianity when they truly understand grace.

“Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:” - Romans 5:20

If we were all to be judged by the law, we all will be guilty and liable of the death sentence; and if you are saying I have not committed any grievous sin in my life and you have lied before, you are as guilty as someone that committed murder because both lying and murder are laws in the Ten Commandments but the greater the sin, the more grace is made available to forgive, cleanse and empower to forsake it (Romans 5:20). Nevertheless not all sin are worthy of death in the New Testament dispensation.

“All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.” - 1 John 5:17

John 5:17 says that every disobedience is sin but not all disobedience ends up in death but some Christians misunderstand this scripture thinking that this refers to forgiveness of carnal sin when it comes “a sin that doesn't lead to death” but I strongly believe this is talking about a sin that refers to a person's calling, even though some carnal sins are forgiven automatically by God if done in ignorance provided they are fellowshipping with Him.

“Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet s o as by fire.” - 1 Corinthians 3:13-15

The scriptures tells us that any Christian that lives outside his calling or is doing an assignment other than what the Lord wants him to do, will suffer the loss of an eternal reward but yet he still could be saved, if he is found living in righteousness but most times it is hard to find people who are living outside their calling living in righteousness. Therefore, we see that men will be judged based on the fulfillment of their calling and whether they lived a life of righteousness. There are many people who didn't fulfill their calling before passing away to the other side but yet still found themselves in heaven. My advise is to do only what God wants you to do and not what you feel you want to do or others are doing because God has an assignment for everyone that is born again. Try to find out what it is before you meet your creator by praying about it.

Grace Doesn't deal with Certain Sins
1. Known unconfessed sin
2. Repeated Willful Sin

All carnal sins will still produce death even in a believer except they confess it, therefore Christians should not assume that they can live in carnal sin and not end up suffering spiritual death and judgment because there is a doctrine in this generation that says once saved, you remain always saved and many have embraced it, and thus have refused to hear anything about sin; rather they are willingly to accept only what is sweet to their ears. Romans 8:13 says “For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live”.

“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,” - Hebrews 10:26

You must also understand that the grace of God will not cleanse a sin that is not confessed and one that is willfully done especially when repeatedly committed (Hebrews 10:26). The scriptures clearly said that we will only be forgiven our sins, if we confess the once we are aware of (1 John 1:9) but if we keep on asking for forgiveness and are not willingly to them even after we know the truth about it, God restrains His grace to cleanse such a sin and sooner a later a person will reap the consequence of that sin. Proverbs 29:1 says “He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy”.

We might be able to escape the judgment of sin by asking for forgiveness before we pass on but may not at that time escape its consequences. For example, a man that keeps committing fornication may get infected with HIV; a woman that keeps doing the same may one day end up getting pregnant out of wedlock. The fact that you think you are getting away with a sin now may just be the grace of God at work but one day not far off you might just have to learn your lesson the hard way. I advise you stop while it is not too late by depending on God's grace for help. The scriptures says come unto the throne of grace to receive mercy for forgiveness and grace to overcome your weakness (Hebrews 4:16).

Moreover, when a person keeps practicing sin after knowing the truth, it means he is despising the work of the Cross, blood of Jesus Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit within us. Hebrews 10:29 says “Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace”?

“Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;” - 1 Peter 2:11

Therefore, we should not play with sin or tolerate it. The scriptures clearly said flee sin and it didn't say we should playfully let go little by little. Sin wars with our Soul (1 Peter 2:11) and defiles the beauty of the glory of God in us. It was only one sin Adam and Eve committed and that made them lose the glory of God in them but in this dispensation of grace, we do not lose the glory of God in us when we sin because the grace of God reverts the consequences of every sin, once we ask for forgiveness and continue walking in the spirit but the bad thing about sin, in this dispensation, is that it can reduce the glory of God that has been built up for several days to nothing in an instant as we see in the case of Adam and Eve, and even to Samson. It is always easier to destroy than to build. It took several years to build the World Trade Center but it was destroyed in just a few hours.

“For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.” - Galatians 5:17

There is a very thin line between walking in the spirit and walking in the flesh: its just takes a decision to switch between walking in the spirit to walking in the flesh. Every sin committed sets into motion the law of sin and death and what this does is that it defiles and reduces the glory of God within until it becomes zero but the good thing about the grace of God is that it allows anyone that is born again to rebound back unlike Adam and Eve; in their case, there was no immediate reversal for another 4000 years which was the time of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the reason why we should not feel condemned to the point that it draws us away from God because once we draw away and the glory of God is reduced to zero, we become spiritually naked and our body can be easily attacked by the devil. Adam and Eve could not see their own body until they lost the glory, and so can the devil not get at your body except he gets you to live in sin. 1 John 5:18 says “We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not”.

The greatest desire of the devil is to immediately kill everyone on earth, in order to get them to be with him in hell but he can't do this because of the grace of God on all mankind: this is another way God's grace helps us; it keeps the devil from doing this by forming a protection around believers when they are spiritually down and an unbeliever before he gets saved, if not the devil would have killed everyone before they were even born. And this was the same way God's protected Job's life; the devil could take all he had but not his life because God said he couldn't. (John 1,2). I once woke up early in the morning to pray, and my spiritual ears were opened supernaturally and I heard the conversation of some demons that were complaining. And what were they complaining about, they said “ if not for the grace of God, we would have been able to kill him”. If the devil could kill anyone at will, he could have done it a long time ago without wasting time. There are many of you who have gone through a lot and even thought that that was the end of life or that the problem would never end but got out of it some how without knowing how, whereas others went through some far less severe trial than what you went through and are not alive today to tell the story. That was the grace of God in action, preserving you for a purpose. There are things I have experienced in life that if I share with you, you will think I am crazy. God will never allow you face a trial that is greater than you or that you don't have the grace to handle. The greater the grace, the greater the opposition to match, and that is why you can't judge anyone because of their problem. 1 Corinthians 10:13 says “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it”. Every seconds of my life is a testimony of God's faithfulness in preserving my life in spite of the times I made foolish decisions. You being alive today is not because you were good but simply by the grace of God.

Nevertheless righteousness saves life because it pleases and allows God to silence the adversary of our lives. Proverbs 16:7 says “When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him”.

I know we all have weaknesses but we should not manage our weakness but utilize the grace of God to overcome them. You may be strong in the area of immorality but you might be weak in the area of lying whereas someone else might not be strong in the area of immorality but may be strong in the area of lying. In such a case, God will expect you to stop the sin that you can stop on your own immediately and utilize His grace to overcome the others you can't stop on your own because God's grace is best revealed in our weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9 says “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me”.

It is only when you are not willing to stop such sin that you fall into trouble because it will be foolish to love the pleasure of sin for a moment only to give you a lifetime of torture both on earth and in eternity. Sin is pleasurable to the flesh I must say but don't be so foolish to think that everything that is sweet is good for your health.

Moreover, there are so many Christians that can't move forward in their spiritual walk with God because of one trap of sin which they are entangled with and there are others who have hidden weaknesses which the devil uses against them only when he knows that they are about to receive a blessing or a spiritual promotion from God because sin will always give access to the devil to destroy and steal from you especially when he knows that he can't kill you (John 10:10). In that way, he will be able to frustrate your Christian walk. Hebrews 12:1 says “let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us”.

There is a great difference between falling into sin and walking into one. A person that falls into a sin is one that never knew or planned to do it but one that walks into it, is one that knew what he was doing and still played along. You are a Pastor [Male] and one of your female members who is not married and lives alone is telling you to come and visit or pray for her by 9pm in her house, You must be joking! Why didn't she come to the Church office at 9am? Whatever negative thing happens will be your fault and never think you are bigger than any temptation or too holy or anointed to be tempted!. There is a difference when you are tempted by the devil and when you are the one tempting the devil. Ephesians 4:27 says “Neither give place to the devil”.

How to Deal with Sin With God's Grace
Trying to stop a sin while living in that sin is just like giving a pig a bath with muddy water and expecting it to be clean. The stain of sin cannot be removed, if you are living in sin. So what you must do is to starve all access of sin into your life by avoiding and eliminating anything that allows it in: it could be friends, TV, a particular place you go to, a habit you have cultivated over the years, etc.

“Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.” - Hebrews 12:4

Sin will always hinder you as a Christian, therefore let us not give room to the devil because if you give a pin hole, he will make a Crater out of it. Sin is the devil's advantage over anyone, that is why I want you to hate sin with all your heart and go for righteousness. To show how badly God wants us to overcome sin, He said we should resist it even to the point of death (Hebrews 12:4), but people are not even tempted to that point, yet they allow themselves get overcome by it. If you are saying who is able to do that, then the scriptures says look “unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God” (Hebrews 12:2).

“The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.” - Proverbs 8:13

First of all understand that the grace of God can cleanse all carnal sins and that Grace is given not to forgive sins only but also to overcome it because there is no sin that is stronger than the grace of God. That is why we are not under the law in this dispensation but under grace. Grace is what makes us live in righteousness. Titus 2:11-12 says “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world”.

One way to overcome sin is to develop the fear of God (Proverbs 8:13). People just don't have the fear of God without knowing Him, therefore the fear of God can be learnt from studying and meditating on God's Word (Proverbs 2:1-5) because you have to know who God is to fear Him.

“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” - Matthew 26:41

Prayer is also an important key to overcome sin because prayer brings us into the liberty found in God's presence and wherever the presence of God is there is liberty to free you from any spiritual weakness (2 Corinthians 3:17) and cast out the tempter. Moreover prayer helps us to mortify our flesh, so that its passion can be deadened (Matthew 26:41). If the passions of any sin are still alive in the flesh, a man can never overcome sin and that is why I say learn to walk in the spirit always because walking in the spirit releases the grace to deal with the flesh (Romans 8:13). 6:12 says “Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof”.

“For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.” - Romans 10:11

All what I am saying is useless, if you are not born again because you do not have a spirit to walk in the spirit and to mortify the flesh to stop sin. Quit trying to be good before coming to God but simply accept His free gift of salvation, so that He can make you good. Celebrating Christmas without even knowing and accepting what Jesus Christ came and died for is far more than being foolish because it is free and the best decision you can make in life. Jesus paid the price for all your sins and only said take a simple step of faith by believing He died and rose again for you, and confess it by saying it, then you receive His Spirit, thus getting born again. From then on, you can now use the grace of God to enjoy the liberty of Christianity by learning how to walk in the spirit and not in the flesh.

If you want to be born again right now, all you have to do is to say the prayer below out loud believing every word of it.

Prayer for Salvation:
Dear Lord, I believe you died and rose again for me. I ask you to forgive me my sins and come into my life. I confess you as my Lord and Saviour. Help me stop every sin in my life.

If you said this prayer in faith, I believe you are born again. So write us and lets share in this good news and also tell you more about what you should do. You should read your bible and pray daily, and also try to join a bible believing Church. Also you should learn about who the Holy Spirit is and keep your heart filled with the word of God by listening to Christian tapes because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

Conclusion
We should now understand that we live in a parallel world – one spiritual and the other physical – in which the spiritual world controls the physical. I said in the spiritual world, there are two forces that contend for the heart of men, one good and the other evil, but as we know good will always triumph no matter how it seems like evil is dominating.

The author of all sin is the devil and he used this against the weakness of man's flesh because sin has always been the problem of man after his fall and that is why Jesus Christ came to die for mankind; and in doing that He paid for the sins of all mankind and restored back man to His place in the kingdom.

All we have to do is accept this by faith by getting born again and from then on use the grace of God to walk in the spirit. In doing this, we can use the grace of God to overcome any sin that comes our way.

Happy Christmas! We do hope you will take out time this Christmas to reflect on the importance of what Jesus Christ did on the cross and not the celebration only, and also share this truth with others through the preaching of the gospel. The spirit of Christmas should be Jesus Christ only, as we all know that the celebrant always get all the attention. I hope this message has been a blessing to you, if it has, you should tell or forward it to a friend, and if you also have any comment, let us know via email at info@revelationtoend.org. Keep praying for and supporting this Ministry. God bless.
