Introduction

Praise God for another day to share a thought with you. I must say that this message was inspired for a time like this by the Holy Spirit after a time of Worship. I believe God wants to give the Church of God, not just a warning, but a revelation of the season the Church is about to enter.

In times past, God has made several prophecies to people but many times due to their unbelief and manner of walk with God, they delay these promises. God promised Abraham that he will be the father of many nations but he had no child with his wife, Sarah, till he was a 100 years of age. There was a 25 year waiting period for Abraham after God’s first promise at the age of 75 years old.

We know that it was not God’s plan for His promise of a child to Abraham to be delayed for 25 years. However, there was a delay because Abraham was not perfectly fulfilling his part of the covenant to provoke it. Just before the miracle occurred, God said to Abraham when he was 99 years, “I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.” (Genesis 17:1-2).

In another example, God promised the Israelites deliverance from their taskmasters, the Egyptians, and said He will take them through the desert into their Promised Land, Canaan, which was only about 11 days’ walking distance from Egypt. However, this journey took 40 years to be fulfilled because the Israelites were continuously rebellious against God and unbelieving throughout their time in the wilderness. Though the Israelites had seen God’s miracles and wonders both in Egypt and in the wilderness, they did not believe in God.

Before divine judgment came upon them in the wilderness, God told Moses to send 12 men, each from the 12 tribes of Israel to spy out the Promised Land before making war against the inhabitants. However, 10 of the 12 men came back with an evil report that the inhabitants were giants and too strong for them to possess the land (Numbers 13). With this report, the Israelites wanted to return to Egypt to be slaves rather than move forward into their Promised Land. God said after a series of rebellions and unbelief towards Him that “After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.” (Numbers 14:34).

The Israelites through their continuous rebellion and unbelief delayed the purpose of God for an extra 40 years in the wilderness.

In another example, Jesus’s first visit to earth as a man was to give the light of salvation to the Jews first, so that through them the world will have salvation. However, they rejected Jesus and never believed in Him despite His numerous miracles. Therefore, the purpose of Jesus for the Jews was shifted till the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, which is now so very close. Therefore, the Jews delayed the day of their visitation for over 2000 years because of their unbelief and disobedience to Jesus Christ. Jesus said to them, “If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.” (Luke 19:42).

Many times, God delays His plan because people are not ready. Jesus would have already come the Second time to judge the earth and redeem His people but the Church is not yet ready. So, God has continued to delay His plan because He still wants more people to be saved from condemnation. Nevertheless, God told me earlier in the year that His waiting period has come to an end, and there will be end-time prophetic events rapidly unfolding in succession. The Scripture says, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9).

In order words, we must realize that God is never slack concerning His promises towards anyone. It is our faith and obedience to Him that positions us for its timely fulfillment, or our disbelief and rebellion that causes its delay. Nevertheless, no matter how long it takes, the Will of God must be fulfilled on earth; and no man’s unbelief and disobedience can stop it.

These examples lead me to the message God gave me to the Church concerning His planned global revival, which for several years the Spirit of the Lord has been brewing to manifest in the Church, but the Church has frustrated it because it is in a spiritually sleepy state up until now due to carnality from the leaders to the people. Several years ago, God in a night dream showed me the Holy Spirit moving like a mighty wind around His people in the Church, but the people were all standing and sleeping. Thus, the move of the Holy Spirit was limited and a great revival was hindered.

The move of God for this generation has been hindered by the state of the Church. God had planned a great revival between the year 2021-2023 but up until now, it has been hindered by the Church itself.

Now, God is telling me to tell the body of Christ that His judgment must begin from the Church in 2023. This prophetic message is in line with the scriptures, which says, “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” (1 Peter 4:17).

I prayed for God to show mercy and give the Church the last warning, but He told me that He had already sent many Prophets and Teachers to the Church but people refused to listen. God then instructed me to go tell everyone what He said, of which I write.

Therefore, the year 2023 will be a year of God’s earthly judgment for all the works of men and it will start from within the Church: God said it will particularly start from the Church I attend now. Now, to the good, it shall be for a token of good and a year of reward; and for the evil, who think no one sees or can judge their evil works, it shall be to them a token of evil.

If anyone thinks this is another hoax, then wait and see because time will reveal if this is from the Lord or man. God does nothing on earth except He reveals it through someone to the World. The Scripture says, “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.” (Amos 3:7).

When God was about to judge Sodom and Gomorrah in the days of Abraham, God first told Abraham about His plan and Abraham interceded for the people. The Scripture says, “And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;” (Genesis 18:17).

God has in the past judged nations and people for their evil works; He judged Sodom and Gomorrah by consuming them with fire (Genesis 18-19); destroyed all of mankind with a flood except for Noah and his family because of the increased level of sin and evil (Genesis 6-7), and instantly killed Ananias and Sapphira for lying (Acts 5:1-11). If God had brought speedy judgment on the earth in the past, why will it sound impossible for Him to do the same today that evil is so prevalent all around the world?

So we must understand that God will always reveal His Will to and through someone. So that which God has commanded me, have I done to inform the Church of God’s earthly judgment. It is left for people to repent from their evil ways before it is too late.

I also plead with anyone that has been playing Church or hearing the Word of God but have never truly given their life to Jesus Christ, nor prayed the prayer of Salvation, to do so now, because now is the best time to be saved. You don’t need to keep postponing it especially when God has revealed His plan to judge evil on the earth.

If you want to give your life to Jesus Christ right now, just say the prayer below out in faith because the scripture says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9).

Therefore, say the prayer below in faith:

PRAYER OF SALVATION
Dear Lord, I believe Jesus came and died for my sins and rose again from the dead. Forgive me for my sins and come into my life. I confess and accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. Write my name in the Book of Life and Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Thank you for doing this. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
