Many people wonder why God does not respond quickly to evil. However, they do not understand that God is patient to warn before executing judgment, and God has set a time for executing His Judgment. The scripture says, “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but He is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9).

God’s final judgment is absolute, and that is why He is patient to execute judgment. However, God’s judgment is necessary for Him to establish His Will.
