We must understand that one of the criteria God will use to judge Christians is how we give to the needy and poor.

However, when it comes to receiving, many Christians and ministers of the gospel alike have abused it, not wanting to work. Even though God calls us to His vineyard, He never said we should not work. We just have to know how to manage our time to ensure we do what He has called us to do and work to have for our needs. Not just for ourselves, but also to give to others that are needy and poor.

Paul, one of the greatest apostles of his times, despite his great ministry, worked so that he could take care of his personal needs. Therefore, Christians must have a mindset to work, because if God wants to bless them, He will do it primarily through the works of our hands.
